Each public story should help someone make a better decision—not create pressure with an unverifiable claim.

Participant approved

A story is published only with the participant's permission and enough context to understand it.

Measured, not implied

Performance claims need a defined baseline, time period, and source. Anecdotes stay anecdotes.

Current and reviewable

Published evidence includes when it was collected and is removed when it is no longer representative.
