Sullix is a marketplace connecting clients with licensed contractors in Colorado. We facilitate communication, bidding, and project management but do not directly perform construction services.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Contractor Requirements

Contractors using our platform must:

  • Hold valid Colorado contractor licenses as required by law
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
  • Provide accurate business information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients using our platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate project descriptions
  • Communicate honestly with contractors
  • Pay for services as agreed in accepted bids
  • Provide fair and honest reviews

6. Sullix Warranty

The Sullix Warranty is subject to specific terms and conditions. Coverage is available only for projects that meet eligibility requirements including verified contractors, qualifying contracts, and escrow payments.

7. Fees and Payments

  • Contractors pay a monthly or annual subscription; there are no lead fees
  • Transaction fees may apply to escrow payments
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

8. Limitation of Liability

Sullix is a marketplace platform. We do not guarantee the quality of contractor work, project outcomes, or dispute resolutions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to Sullix.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
