Important distinctions
What exists today, and what remains a proposal
Avia Solutions LLC is the initiating company behind 4Us. The movement's proposed community ownership, voting rights, asset protections, and economic distributions are not established by this website. Sullix is the first construction agent in private testing, not the community venture itself. Each business and any future instrument need their own documented responsibilities and terms.
No public offering or promise of income
These pages explain a working proposal. They do not offer securities, sell membership, accept investment funds, or promise income, debt relief, or financial independence. Financial scenarios are assumptions, not forecasts or entitlements. Expressing interest or contacting us creates no ownership, voting right, payment obligation, or investment commitment.
Agreements, approvals, and private records
The public downloads are working proposals, not signed agreements or evidence of legal approval. Entity documents, adopted governance, membership terms, any offering documents, payment and refund terms, budgets, and privacy permissions require separately authorized records. Private member, financial, identity, and tax records are not published here. Ask the company about the appropriate access process for controlled documents.
Privacy and existing site policies
The privacy and terms links below lead to the existing Sullix site policies. They should not be read as adopted 4Us membership, governance, or investment terms. Movement-specific terms and data disclosures need review and publication before the related activities begin. Please do not include identity documents, bank details, or sensitive financial information in an initial inquiry.
